What Next?

Step 1 – Open “Scout Creators”


Scan the QR code on this page in TikTok. This takes you to TikTok’s Creator Network Scout page for our agency. Log in with your TikTok account and submit your details.

 

Step 2 – Skip if You Have over 1k Followers


If you don’t yet have 1,000 followers, TikTok requires you to complete a short “Live Test” before you can access Agency Centre.

  • Our agency will request TikTok to enable Live Test mode for your account.

  • You’ll then need to go LIVE once for a short broadcast (usually 5–10 minutes) to confirm your account is eligible for LIVE access.

  • After the test, LIVE Centre and Agency Centre will appear in your Creator Tools menu.

 
Step 3 – Get Your Invitation Code


In the TikTok app, go to:
Settings & Privacy → Creator Tools → LIVE Center → Agency Centre → Get Invitation Code
This code is unique to you and is the only thing we need to send you an official TikTok invitation.

 

Step 4 – Send Us Your Code


Share your invitation code with us on email or message. We cannot process your application without it. Never share your TikTok password or verification codes, only the invitation code from Agency Centre.

 

Step 5 – Accept the Invitation in TikTok


You’ll receive an in-app invitation in the Agency Centre (inside LIVE Center). Open it and tap “Accept” to connect to our Creator Network.

 

Step 6 – Confirm You’ve Joined


Go back to Agency Centre to check your status. It should now show you are joined/connected to our agency.

 

 
Troubleshooting

 

  • Can’t find Agency Centre? Update your TikTok app to the latest version and check again under Creator Tools in LIVE Centre.

    • If you have less than 1k followers you need to do a Live test with us.

  • LIVE access requirements: You must be at least 18 years old. In many regions, you also need 1,000 followers to unlock LIVE features.

  • QR opens in a browser instead of the app: If prompted, choose “Open in TikTok.” If on desktop, use your mobile phone.

  • Security reminder: We will never ask for your password or two-factor codes. Invitations are always accepted within TikTok, not on external websites.
